Reflections and practice on travels to the Gitananda Ashram, South India.
On 14th February 2024, I, along with 7 other yoga teachers, was awarded my 500 hr Pranayama Teacher Certificate. This is the first of its kind in this tradition – a tradition rich in over 120 pranayama practices! It has been a 2 year journey, involving weekly on-line classes, detailed daily sadhana and 2 ashram stays – in Wales ’23 and Pondicherry, South India ’24.
During the workshop on April 13th, using a series of practices and reflections, I’ll take you through some of my experiences in the ashram during these 3 weeks.
You will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and perhaps even more curious about the ‘whole’ of yoga as, not just a daily, but a lifetime sadhana.
