A Garland of Gratitude is our Christmas gathering with Michael McCann and other local tutors.
You are cordially invited to a morning of yoga and reflection to give thanks for the contribution and service of our dear friend Frances to the Fellowship and the promotion of yoga in our community.
The morning will be led by local tutors and will include asana, pranayama and meditation.
